A discount applies only while the referred client has an active subscription. If a client becomes inactive, their discount ends. The cap is 5 clients and €50/month; the price cannot fall below €0. Discounts do not shorten the 12-month minimum term. Referral attribution and start dates are confirmed in your quote.
